Poll: Voting in Champ Select for Remake idea

So, recently in ranked, I have been seeing a LOT of toxic kids in champ select. Here are a couple recent examples of what I consider toxic:

  1. Kid doesn't pay attention to the fact he/she got autofilled adc, locks in Tahm Kench thinking he's top. Makes me have to adc as Teemo (more viable adc than Tahm). Now we win that game due to clutch plays by morg and yas, but if he would have just said he can't adc, I would have locked in something WAY more viable.
  2. Kids straight up saying stuff like: "Mid or feed" "if you don't gank bot level 3, i feed" "go 'expletive' yourself" (or variations of that) and so on.....
  3. kids banning or locking in a champ you were hovering and being troll about it saying they are better at the champ anyway.

My idea was this:

What would be the drawback of having a 'sort of' /ff function in the champ select window that has to have a vote of 4 or higher BEFORE the first champ is even selected?

I understand not having an /ff after all champs are picked because a team could just not like who they are going up against and vote to remake. I'm strictly talking about the minute or so of time where some toxic kid is flaming everyone and the other 4 just want a remake with a different person. Keep in mind, this is BEFORE any champs are picked. I know there is a ban and pick phase and it could be abused even after someones main was banned, so I am just posting this here to see other peoples ideas for champ select remakes for instances where toxicity is already prevalent before the game even starts.

Let's hear some ideas!!

Edit: So far the best idea posted that I can think that has very little recourse for abusing would be a "kick" feature. If someone is being toxic or whatever, you can try a unanimous vote to kick them. If it passes, everyone sticks in champ select until that spot is filled by someone else either wanting that lane or has a preference to be filled in whatever lane.

Maybe some type of Vote Kick option that will quickly substitute a player trying to queue for that role? An entire remake would really suck and be super time consuming.

There would have to be hard restrictions in place that would prevent bullying, and abusing players who picked into an unfavorable match though. Im not sure if something like this could properly be implemented.

Rather make the game generally forfeitable since min 1. That would fit super snowball meta, too.

The votes for No actually kind of shock me. People are just OK with toxic people before the game even starts?

Last night I had to dodge my last game because there was a guy in there called something like "The Real Teemo" or "Da Real Teemo" or something like that and he was losing his mind because they banned Teemo.

I would love a system that allows other Teammates to vote to kick so that we aren't stuck with a 1 trick Teemo main that had to play something else.
