because that's what faker does on his stream ... he picks fast a random champion to play mid lane ... and some times he plays ridiculus stuff like soraka etc

They literally have the exact same time to react no matter when you lock in your champ. If you think this is strategy, you should reconsider. Your favorite streamer does it to entertain viewers, not for strategy.

maybe in the LCS. but for us plebs, there is a high chance that your opponent has already alt-tabbed and is busy with their right hand.
