I told him to build some armor and he says nah i have to carry i need full ad. So then we ask why he does new champs in ranked. He says that the ori of his last game didnt try her new champ in ranked.

The matches they want to throw, they will just say it's bad game because they tried a new champ, and that's what Riot sees.
Then when they want to win a game they use their mains.
Some more motivated trolls, will chat you up about how good they are with 'so and so' only to have enemy team pick that champ.
Then they will exclaim "f%$K!" and they got their excuse, "welp we lost cuz they got ma champ"
In game, they will ignore any suggestions and not communicate back to you. It's human nature to get mad when this happens. Riot is ignoring this fundamental concept sometimes.
