You shouldn't have to go through the hassle of filling in and sending a ticket when you could just click 'report for phishing' directly from the chat window and move on.

If that happens again you can file a support ticket and tell them to look at your post-game chat. Be sure to include the date, the duration of the game (time implied), and any relevant screenshots of what happened.

actually I logged in to my game today and had messages from all my contacts telling me I sent them that same message. I didn't send it and when I checked I saw it had been sent to all my contacts. I changed my password just now cause a friend suggested it. but how did this happen?

And yes, this does work. It's how I got someone with a highly objectionable summoner name booted.
