INTing and Toxic Ranked Teammates

I just feel like the poor players on the ranked team of someone who is purposefully INTing (not just having a bad game, its obvious they are running in and dying) and a player who is insanely toxic should be able to have their lp/mmr/ranked status untouched from that game. Maybe the winner of that game can keep their lp but why do people who get matched up with terrible toxic people who throw games have to suffer because of one person's behavior?

I know it doesn't sound feasible I'm just frustrated that a master yi completely threw my whole placement game by INTing and cursing out our jungler because he couldn't hit a boom fruit and died early level on
