What happens if a name contains banned words and people call them by their name?
I've seen usernames containing Kys
So, is this an easy way to get people banned for 14 days?
People using Kys (to refer to the user isn't that far of a stretch.)

Don't refer to them by name. Refer to them by champion name, and then report them for inappropriate names. If you call "P1z_G0_KYS" (to invent a name at random) by his full name, you might end up at risk, yes. It's possible that a ticket to support could resolve the issue in your favor, but it's better just not to run that risk.
I have played since Season 3 and with over 3000 games never once had I seen anyone call a teammate or enemy by their summoner name... The standard is to call them by champ they are using.
