Why should the opposing team see mastery emotes?

I don't understand why the enemy team should be able to see my masteries after level 5 it's just bm and not once have I or anyone I know said "wow good for that guy he killed me then spammed his mastery for the rest of the game." Might as well let the enemy team see our ranked borders while loading if we can just bm each other all game long. I don't mind the team emotes or the upcoming holiday ones because they go along with worlds or the season events but masteries don't signify anything important just a way of taunting your enemy.

The game has become very strict with what you can say. For some of us the Ctrll+6 is a safer way to BM. I'd rather use my "sailor" mouth and be uncensored, but this game is unique in its guidelines/expectations for chat. Special snowflakes have restricted our speech, so don't hate or blame the mastery spammers, hate the lack of free speech because millions of lines of edgy banter have been condensed to Ctrl+6 to keep from being banned.
