I don't think I've ever gotten a feedback about a report for trolling being actioned.

I get plenty of feedback for reports on people who use blatant hate speech or insults, but the many times I've had people run and die down the lane repeatedly because "I want the game to end, I need to leave" or "jg didn't gank my top lane and I've died 10 times in 15 minutes afk pushing and refuse to group while throwing a tantrum" never once have I gotten a feedback on report being actioned.

Something has to be done about this blatant sabotaging of games for others and people holding match outcomes hostage based on their petty whims.

Why the hell are actioned mean words you can mute somehow much more urgent to be actioned, yet gameplay behavior you simply can't censor out gets absolutely nothing done short of massive reporting on social media?

This game has an absolutely noxious playerbase, and all the assets are going into the wrong priorities of chat you can easily turn off versus actual harmful behavior that does impact others negatively without remedy.

chat is moderated by a bot.

its not that its actioned any harder, its just easier to catch.

If the game you reported someone shows up in their reform card, you'll get a notification.

Keep in mind that the reform card only shows a few recent games as examples of unacceptable behavior.

Typically, by the time someone reviews a disruptive gameplay report (and decides it's punishable), it would already be past recent memory, meaning you won't get a notification at all.
