Today I had by far the worst gaming experience in my life

The first pick player in my ranked queue was supposed to be playing mid, and asked me (the last pick, support) to trade to avoid a counter pick.

Of course, I agreed and he picked my support character. In turn, I got the mid character he asked for. Then I clicked trade. I typed it. I typed it a dozen more times. He wouldn't trade me, he didn't say anything. The timer ticked down and the game launched.

The game starts and everyone takes off to their spots as normal. Here I am with a mid champion I have no idea how to play really (Fizz) and my support runes and masteries on. He goes right to playing support and doesn't say a word.

My other teammates however, start to harass me for not leaving the spawn in the first minute. I try to explain what has happened, but no one seems to acknowledge me. Well, not with sympathy. I'm told I'm going to be reported for trolling and that I'm an idiot who can't play a new champion.

Keep in mind, nothing has even happened yet. No one says anything to the "support" and I'm left with no option but to go play mid. I don't farm very well at first, and I play very cautiously because I'm trying to read my abilities, literally. And get a feel for his speed and hit animation.

Meanwhile, my jungler dies to the enemy jungler somewhere in river. I'm told I'm throwing the game because I'm not trying. (My enemy laner never leaves the lane or intervenes in any way) Subsequently he makes sure to never come anywhere near mid, let alone give me buffs, cover the lane, or gank.

I farm as well as I can (horribly) but avoid dying. I even manage to pick up a kill on the enemy laner's mistake, and help the jungler get a kill the next time he is invaded. I continue to be the scapegoat in chat.

Top and bot lane collapse to inner turrets as the game moves forwards. I die behind my turret to a fed Lee Sin dive... And am told that I intentionally flashed into him and will be reported. (Flashed late and he was able to mark me with Q, jump to me)

Enemy team ends the game pretty quickly, team disparages me saying it is basically a 4v5. We never go for any objectives. I pick up a kill and die again in the last fight with everyone else. The person who didn't trade me never really says anything the entire game.

There's not even an appropriate report option for my situation. I sit helplessly fuming in the post game screen.

Trash talk is trash talk, it's whatever to me. But this felt so, so wrong that I was blamed for something completely outside my control. What I was able to contribute was certainly mediocre, but not a shred of blame was placed on the person who didnt trade (and didn't talk once the game started).

Could we please take player moderation in a direction that addresses the cause of all this negativity? (The one player who didn't do what he or she was supposed to, blatantly and unabashedly, in almost all ensuing "toxic" situations) Or are you content, Riot, to keep playing clean-up with your chat policing?
