Depends on how you do it, what words you use, how often you do it, and who you direct it at. "Bitching" in and of itself isn't reportable -- I'm free to say "GOD Yasuo is bullshit. Fuck him and his mobility," but if I'm taking over the game chat complaining, abusing other players, or using derogatory language? Yeah, that's not okay.

Also, I'd edit that original post, or prepare to have the thread deleted -- self-harm comments, even in jest, are not allowed on the boards.

Sorry to say but anything that is 100% over the top positivity in League is reportable.

If LOL and this boards rules applied to real life, everyone would be banned from everywhere and from talking to anyone ever again.
