When in the community is it okay to make fun of people with mental disabilities?

Was playing a nice game of league of legends everything was good till the 1/9 yasuo started insulting our entire team and personally attacking me saying a had a learning disability. Its not right to make fun of people with disabilities definitely in a community such as big as ours. Another reason why I have ranked anxiety, might switch to a friendlier game.

Edit: to be fair I did poorly duo to a naughty nocturne camping (didn't ward nearly as much as i'm able to with constant harrass)

To answer your question, making fun of or disparaging groups of individuals or even individuals themselves are not acceptable within the League of Legends Community. The Community's reports and subsequent punishments on offenders reaffirm this notion. If you encounter someone like this again, be sure to use the report feature in the post-game lobby. I'm sorry you encountered a toxic player, but please understand that the actions of a few, despite how loud they may be, do not represent the sentiments, actions, or tendencies of the community as a whole.

Its never ok, that person is obviously toxic and i hope you did the right thing and muted him in the game the moment it happen as well as reported him afterwards. We dont need people like that in this community and it is up to us to use the report function correctly so that people like that are dealt with!

What could anyone have done. The word "learning" isnt censored, and there wasn't anyone directly watching your game who could've done something. He probably got reported, it wasn't ok, move on for now :/

I think once you hit about 0/7 mid it's ok for the community to start making fun of your disability. Riot probably agrees with me but has to keep it proper so they don't get sued by a bunch of lead eaters.
