Quiting league for good (rant)

This is my final message on the boards. Lately I stopped playing league cause I have clinical anxiety problems and crippling depression which isn't getting better. And seeing how toxic the community has got made me not even want to bother. Today a couple of friends convinced me to come back for a couple game and all it was was talking smack over all chat criticizing for trying new lanes and just trying to enjoy the game for what it is. ( A game) But all I got out of it was hurtful replies and hurt feelings never again will I be coming back to this community. Riot keeps promising to bring the tribunal back and fix the toxicity problems but nothings changed. Now with all these great new games coming out this year I don't see me coming back. I noticed a lot of the good people who aren't toxic out of my friends I made in this community are also leaving.

I wish you all luck though summoners cause I know not all of you are toxic and I know there is still some good in this community but the hurtfulness of your words matter.

From your ironicly named friend - Toxxsii.

League is a really competitive game with the average players being like 16-23. It's not a relaxing game or a good stress reliever. It's never going to be "non-toxic" because of the kind of game it is and it's player base. There are much better games to play to deal with depression etc. I play wow or games like Fallout when I need to destress. I take a Ritalin and prepare for war when I'm gonna play a game of League.

That being said, feel free to add me if you ever do play League. I like normals and ARAM too. Those are the games I play in League when I feel like someone could make me cry if they were mean. :]

League is a completely toxic game, and nothing can change that, play some offline/singleplayer games that aren't competitive to help relieve your stress if you want to play games.
