The problem people have though is that he may be terrible, but you cant be that terrible in diamond 3-masters. Like his desicions were pretty questionable too, hence the ban.

He refused to appeal the ban, so if he's not going to appeal it no reason for him to be unbanned.
I really wish he would push for it to be overturned, though. I know I could very well end up in the same situation if I ran into a high ranked smurf, and I'd have no recourse because I don't have the megaphone of being a streamer.
