Riot should review honor cases just like they do with report cases

There is no reason why a Rioter can't look at chat logs of "honored" players.

If that player is truly being honorable, reward them.

If they are just being "honor spammed" by friends "without being honorable", then do not reward them, and lower the weighting of the "honor spammers".

This has long been mentioned as something that will happen with the reworked Tribunal, which is coming out soon™.

The honour system is boring though, why would we need this? Literally what is the point of being honoured? I get honoured when I'm toxic it literally means jack.
