is it bannable to pick a troll pick and troll summoners? to try and get others to dodge

A friend and are a duo but he had to go somewhere and he was in promos and didn't want to dodge and i dodged multiple times earlier this week and didn't want to have to have it count as a loss I still would have dodged though and we had no intention to play that game and troll those people and make us lose even more LP than we would I didn't say anything at all
