Still Locked out of Honor level

about 3-4 months ago i was chat restricted 25x because i flamed my team. After serving these restrictions i learned that i should just roll with the punches if someone talks smack to me or if my team is doing some bird brain decisions. During this time ive been honored just about every game because i usually carry with my main Sion or make friends ingame and still after 3-4 months i checked my honor system and im still at "0-3 checkpoints" I don't understand i've tried my best to reform and yet im still at 0 to get to honor 1. Riot please help me understand.

You aren't playing enough.

On top of that, don't get validly reported.

So based on what I've read on the forums, every time you're reported, your games are rated on toxicity.

If you have super friendly games and very positive awesome chat games, it works in your favor.

If you have neutral chat games, it also works in your favor.

If you have slightly toxic chat, but not toxic enough to get a 10 game chat restriction, it hurts your honor progress.

If you are negative enough to get a punishment, you get knocked down back to honor 1 or 0.

You might be slightly negative enough to not get punished and might be slowing your honor progress. Lots of times, people think that they can get away with minor insults, sarcasm, passive aggressiveness, etc... but Tantram has said the IFS can catch it all.
