Negatives of playing with solo queue with 4 premade teammates

Nautilus I would like to bring this problem to light and hopefully get some RIOT input as to how situations like this can be avoided in the future. So, here are the details of the situation:

I played two Normal Matches a few days ago. In the first match, my teammates (who were all premade) were negative and intentionally threw the entire game. This is not the problem, however. The team that we lost to were very belittling and toxic (especially the enemy teemo, ironic). After this game was over I queued for the next game and was placed with the team that I had just lost to (all four of them were queued together). They continued their toxicity against me in pre-game chat (they were mad that I was the only one on my previous team that definitely beat them), and they said that they were going to intentionally troll and would ff at 20 minutes to make sure that I would still win no games that day.

In the game I did very well, got very fed and our team could have had a very easy victory. But unfortunately, like they said, they intentionally trolled, did everything that they could to try to get me killed, and intentionally surrendered at 20 minutes, even though we were winning hands down. During and after the game, those 4 premade friends all lied to the enemy team saying that I was intentionally throwing and verbally abusive (which the enemy team laughed at, because I had muted my team, done very well, and been very positive towards the enemy team).

So here are the problems that I see with this situation:

  1. Correct me if I am wrong, but I should not have been placed with that team the second game when I had just reported many of them for negativity and verbal abuse.

  2. The only way for me to avoid this outcome would have been to queue dodge, which I don't ever do and don't feel that I should be inclined to do.

  3. In my opinion, RIOT needs to come up with a way to prohibit situations like this occurring, where 4 premade teammates could intentionally throw the game (in multiple ways) for no other reason than because they want to and know that they can.

  4. With RIOT's new automated report system (don't get me started, I have plenty to say against it), those 4 teammates who all agreed to report me will instantly put my account up for punishment, especially if anyone else reports me (for whatever reason) within the span of one or two games. The system monitors players that receive what is viewed to be a more than average number of reports in a small number of games. Thus, 4 people reporting me in one game (and any of the enemy team that might have believed them) would be sufficient for my account to either be punished or to be very close to punishment, even if the reports were not truthful.

Thoughts? Please give this an upvote if you would like to find out how this can be fixed.

Thanks!

Premade reports do not stack, specifically to prevent this. If you don't do anything wrong then their reports will have no effect, and your sole report will be weighted perfectly fine against each and every one of them if you tend to make accurate reports.

I recommend simply muting them; their harassment will only serve to cause you problems, but Riot isn't going to give their reports any credence if you don't give them reason to.
