No. Unless he used racial slurs, told you to kill yourself, or was an overall asshole calling you thinks like monkey all game, it's not reportable.

This is to you, and I always get flak for this but, jump off the wagon of typing to people in this game. It is pure lunacy how this company conducts their business.

I've said in multiple threads, Riot doesn't want people who have mental illness playing their game. Not that you have any mental illness, just a general statement. I had a friend who had severe depression and played this game every day, a lot, it was his way of cooping with life, he was "toxic" sure, but it was better than him hurting himself, eventually he got perma banned and people made fun of him and put him down a huge spiral of depression. Luckily he was not too bad when it came too because he did have a smurf, but I fear what he would have done if he didn't.
