Elo hell isn't limited to a tier. But it ABSOLUTELY FUCKING CAN AND IS heavily correlated with time of day/day of the week. And I fucking bet riot can clearly see how toxic/troll/afk behavior and SHIT matchmaking is usually at the same fucking time every week.

Good luck improving when every game during elo hell night is an all-chat roast and 0/15 smiteless jungs and duos who decide never to leave fountain because your champ/summoner spells/build weren't meta #lcs enough for them while they are 0/3 at 5 minutes.

I looked through your match history for the last 3 days. I do not see a single 0/15 smiteless jung on your team. In fact, I don't see a single game from your match history in the last 3 days where you even have a jungle who is smiteless...
