Why is there always that 1 guy who ruins the game's mood and gameplay ?

Seriously , this is happening almost everytime you get 3 guys and you who are playing nicely while having a nice communication without flaming and such then you get a 0/3 mid or top or adc in 6 mins , he starts spreading the tilt by spamming missing pings careful pings and danger pings like 6x times every 20 seconds , tell ennemy jungler to kill himself and his family when he ganks him , blames our jungler and wishing him to have cancer for babysitting our good mid laner then this guy makes both team salty raging and flaming ( probably ) , then they start getting tilted of his flame they start focusing more on chat than on the gameplay muting won't help that much , sure you won't be able to see his nonsense trash talking but at the same time that won't stop him from standing still for 5 seconds in middle of nowhere every 10 seconds just to trash talk in chat which is actually bad and reduces the chance of winning instead.

ever had a game where your team was doing okay , but you had that 0/3 zed who started spreading the tilt and started flaming the jungler who was actually doing good ? and you ended up loosing because zed instead of trying to come back , he started flaming the team just to make them play worse.. Sorry for my bad english

Serious answer?** Because Riot lets him.** Riot knows he's doing it. They collect every chat. That's a lot of chat logs tied to each individual account. REmember, every time you enter something into chat, it is recorded with your name, the time, and the game. Heck, Riot could create code to search through peoples chat log history and tell them exactly how many times they've said "f***" going back as far as their servers save the logs (like 6 months?). They could write code to filter through all the chat logs, and feed them the logs of people who are very abusive, and probably do.

But they allow that guy to keep doing it. Why? More players = more money, more filtering = more complaining from salty players, and more bans means more support dealing with those people.

TL;DR Riot is not willing to spend the resources, since more bans means less money anyway

Yep Why is there always a "JUNGLER" who runs into your lane at level 1-3 and intentionally tilts a game in Bronze when they have no idea what the hell they are doing and then proceed to not respond and keep doing that shit its rather annoying and only thing you can do to keep from raging is mute everyone and try to play around it because some jerk chooses to run in and tilt someone whose playing a lane specific champion / hero...

I am sick of the players who like to Intentionally tilt others, run into lanes, and then go "AFK" after really screwing over your team and the entire comp...

It can also happen the other way. One player is forced solo lane all game and even with assistance pings no one helps, and he is getting 3v1 at his turret, still no one helps, and at the end they flame and blame him for the loss.
