...do you report people for trolling in ranked queues?

This guy, after "Krn Riven" asked him to jg, locked in Yasuo and picked cleanse and ghost.

He left it till the counter hit 0, and "GAMERTAGX" dodged.

How the heck do I report this guy, or at least get him moderated?

Yep, just a support ticket, and avoid using summoner names on the boards. It's something called "naming and shaming" ^^

Just submit a support ticket with his username and they can get it taken care of

I didn't use his summoner name. That's why I put "(evil person)"
