Riot, your ticket system is a failure. Why is it more effective to post concerns here?
It's because it adds accountability. When people can see what's going on it adds accountability for Riot to address it. Compare it to the support tickets you send in. You know, the ones that respond with an automated copy and paste message from a "specialist" who gives off the vibe that they couldn't care less. Most of the time they say "don't bump this or it will be sent to the back of the queue priority".
Ok So you wait..and wait..wand wait. Excellent support Riot. Now when you send in a support ticket, the only ones that know about it are the player, and the incompetent "specialists" who don't even give you the time of day to handwrite a response (assuming they respond). There are no unbiased 3rd party's to moderate such a ticket or to ensure that your ticket was received, handled to a minimal standard of professionalism, or even addressed.
I digress.
Riot should scrap the tickets system and just make a new sub-section for such cases. The ticket system is a joke and it's really ruining the feeling that "oh Riot actually cares about its players" as it creates a barrier.
In the past 4 days there have been 3 instances where a Rioter that can actually do something, takes timely action to address an issue or offer advice/clarification. I find it pathetic that this is a quicker response than your average support ticket that replies with, "I'm transferring your ticket to.."
I'm sorry but your support system is lackluster. There is literally no incentive to submit a ticket and anyone who thinks there is has probably never had a serious issue with the need to try and reach out to Riot. They are just regurgitating copy and pasted advice from the website like good little upstanding players.

Now down-vote me (per usual, and not that I care) to fiercely defend your overlord's honor. We all know the Acolytes Code forbids you from speaking against their lord and savior that is Riot Games.
