Just lost a game because our hec decided to afk and "play on his phone"

Why don't these shit players just stick to norms... I'd actually argue that they're more common in ranked. He rage afked at like 8 minutes and then came back a few minutes later to run it down mid.

And I still lose LP, how fun. How come we don't get refunded LP if we get a player like this and then get the instant feedback ban report?
