PBE is getting awful playerbase wise

I don't know when pbe signups will be back up, but please make a better system on who you select to get in. I love pbe and trying out features and finding crazy bugs (using banner on myself as yorick was funny) but the playerbase on pbe DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING!!!. Every single game I've played has had some form of extreme toxicity (inting, hardcore flame, spamming all chat non stop, afk, etc.) It's really hard to not tilt playing pbe and lose the mood to play on it when every single teamate flames you or afks and criticizes. My last game had a jhin who spent the game flaming every lane everytime HE died, and every time jhin would flame kayn would respond with "stfu %%%g$t nigg$$". Our kayle also inted and asked OUR team to honor her! I've seen the punishment message about 3 times in my entire pbe play time, and I've been playing a ton of pbe ever since I got in, and that was during kindred's release cycle. A lot of people on pbe do not deserve their account, and they ruin the amazing gift of being accepted into pbe. I'm grateful to have an account, as a lot of people don't and currently can't get one, but please do something to punish the awfully toxic pbe community. It's like getting put with perma-banned players every single game.
