So just had a game where in the post screen a person told the people on his/her team to drink bleach and kill them selves. I reported but I took screen shots because I don't know if your system catches post game. So does the system catch post game?
It does, but if you'd like to be sure they find out about him, you can always submit a support ticket with the screenshots.
It does scan both pre- and post- game as well, but maybe because of different servers, the report card is not able to show pre- and post-

It does tantrum has on multiple occasions quoted player pre/post game chatsas the reason for them being banned.
There was one where they didn't say anything negative in game but admitted to trolling post game... The system gave a chat restriction but since the player made a post about it tantrum gave them a 14 day ban after quoting there post game chat.
The system cannot yet show you pre/post game chat in chat logs after receiving a punishment but it is in the works going by tantrums use of the word "yet" in one of the posts....
