Permabanned

So ! I actually can't believe I have to make one of these posts in an attempt to recover my account of 6+ years. Today I played a game where I was with a Nasus that literally inted his lane then started to try and lash out towards us. I'm certainly no angel in this scenario but the guy ended up being really nice and i actually felt terrible. We made up with each other in the end even. Unfortunately, an hour or so after the match I get a message that i'm banned. Furthermore it's a permaban? I have so much on this account and can't even begin to grasp how that match was permaban material. Sure some colorful language was used on both ends but it ended up having a peaceful ending. As a support main (200k janna mastery) I try to be someone on the helpful side of the community, not someone that's toxic. These chat logs are also pretty much always going to look one-sided due to only having my text and not the rest of the team. Hopefully a red can look into this some more. I really enjoy this game and my account. I would imagine that as this game grows larger over time their customer service would expand in a more positive direction but with the removal of the tribunal it does not appear so.
