Runes refund is garbage to anyone who spent time and $$ to get runes and watch others spend on champions just to see others keep what they earned and me to lose out on my effort. I must be in the top .01% most screwed in this change 95% of ip spent lifetime on runes and 5% on champions meanwhile ppl in opposite side of coin receive little to no penalty. i own every rune and only the cheapest of cheap ip champions.

i remember leaver buster told me that if i gave 12% effort or even 40% effort a warning popped up that said you are afk start doing more stuff or u get disconnected. I was a slow learner but I learned and adapted and gave more focus and effort. RIOT!!!!!! 12%-40% refund !!!!AFK AFK AFK !!!!! warning !!!!! people are about to start disconnecting.

dodge rune/stat/item revamp 100% refund players accepted change of direction of game w/o much grief (except jax mains rip stacking full dodge items runes and his ability dodge) ,,,,, guarented u gave us 12% refund back then players would have been bat shit crazy.

seriously feel like the % of refund is that % of ppl who feel cheated by an upgrade? somethings goofed up.

worst part is a red post saying they justify it with not wanting to lose $ on champion rp sales fine take my ip take my rp take it all go ahead and take my account too! When u finalize this "refund" I'm mad :( but lose out on any chance of future ip or rp from me, I'm 100% nerf that im out if changes go through as is.

I mad because this is amazing game so far become a sport a hobby a way to relax for so many. Purposed changes undermine it all "to me" , because "I" feel overlooked and players in similar boat.
