Player Behavior- Its up to us
The match is at 35 minutes, and you are carrying your team like a mythological God of the Greeks- and then, nightmare becomes reality. Your team's Teemo, with a bad case of little mans syndrome, has had his pride hurt after being called out in a not so nice fashion for his obvious blunder resulting in the enemy team savagely slaying in a skirmish, earning their nasty Jinx ADC a terrible triple. All the sudden, the chat blows up becoming a toxic mire that burns the eyes of all who look upon it, with angry exclamations directed at Mr. Teemo, who in turn shifts blame to the closest scapegoat and so on, until the entire team is absolutely fed up and ready to punch a hole in their screen. Next thing you know, you have 3 people with absolutely horrid KDRs, with the squishy Teemo taking he cake at 1/17/2. After being whomped repeatedly by the enemy team, a synchronized war machine of perfectly timed skill combos, the match ends in a crushing defeat, signaled my countless "Report Teemo pls" or "This Leblanc was the worst" and "Stuck with a bad team :/". Riot workers scurry and scramble to keep up with the endless reports, but after so may the progress has become a slow slog. 2 matches later, you get queued up with that same little punk of a Teemo. But wait- something magical happens. With a positive team, that wont whirlpool off into the dismal abyss that is raging, suddenly this detrimental teemo has become the ultimate scout, revealing the map like no other and neatly picking up kills whilst shredding away the opponents HP bars.
Fellow players, Riot simply cannot or does not do an adequate job of policing the players. And thats understandable; it is quite a monumental task. So really its up to us to be that positive force, do what we can. Believe it or not attitude is everything! You may ask, whats one players impact? Might i say that each of us is but a raindrop... as of 2013, thats 67 million drops of water; it may not seem much, but believe me, the change is up to us. Be that clean drop of water and move the Ph levels to something more breathable, felllow Leaguers!
