Champion Select Crash

I got into champion select, and things were not working correctly. At first I thought it was am issue on my end, but chat was srill working and I soon discovered the issues were affecting ALL 5 of my team members. Banning phase went smoothly, but when it came time for the enemy to lock in, the timer ran to zero and the STAYED. Instead if the select closing, Summoner 1 is picking remained. It had been close to 10 minutes of this. In Addition to being stuck in a game which clearly ought to be a dodge, players could not change summoner spells or select a champion. The only things working was chat, masteries and runes. Leaving the select COUNTED AS A DODGE. Please fix.
