If an account is permanently suspended...
Does that also suspend them on the forums?
If not, I feel like it should. At least forces them to create a new account and level to post the "WTF, ZOMGZ I GOT BANNED" posts.

It doesn't. Most people that come to the boards complaining about their ban simply don't understand how the system works, and some need help with it because their account was compromised.
