Unbelievable toxicity leveling up, concerned about reports

TL;DR do false reports matter???

So I'm currently level 13... from level 5 to 13; EVERY SINGLE GAME has had at least one amazingly toxic individual. Its super ridiculously common, and its really irritating. That said, I typically mute/report and go about my day. The problem is really nasty because I main jungle, and sometimes these are some really bad players; all 3 lanes lose HARD and they do the "blame the jungler" game. YES I have bad games, but NO its not always "my fault". My concern? I am positive I am being reported over and over, and I am wondering if at some point that will matter? Despite having "nothing to report", does it matter? For example, I got queued up with a 3 man stack; and I got autofilled support. I wanted to try out thresh as I've never played him, and got endlessly harassed (ironically got the most kills and assists for some reason) because I was missing hooks. Naturally, they got super toxic; and did the whole "were gonna report you" stuff.

So far, I haven't gotten so much as a warning yet. I just am concerned that some point it will matter.

No, they don't.

The way system works, if you are reported you are flagged for a review in the match you have been reported in. System reviews you, if it finds nothing toxic, report is just discarded. Also, all additional reports in the same match are discarded, that is why it doesn't matter if someone got 1 or 9 reports.

Nah, meaningless reports won't do anything to you. Play on and have fun :)

reminds me of when i first started playing this game too. same thing happened to me. i only played zill with heal and clarity. i knew i got constant reports. i just ignored the chat and played. now years later im still here. the funny thing is this game is notorious for its toxic community.
