Linking video proof of troll?

is there some way to link video proof of a troll in a match? Like a way to report the player and attach it to the report as proof of them trolling. Cause I keep getting trolls in matches but when me or others report nothing ever happens to them. so I figure there has to be a way to add proof to kind of push it a little further. or riot legit just ignoring some reports if they are putting more money into the game? cause I have heard that being a thing supposedly. I just want to know if I'm wasting my time with reports and riot is legit just brushing them off to the side unless your some sort of bigger or higher ranked player.

There is no benefit in recording the person, Riot already has the game data. All you need to do is report the person.

You can read the posts here from people crying about how they got banned even though they spent thousands of dollars in game. Your accusation of Riot ignoring reports if the perpetrator is putting money into the game is therefore false. 10 seconds of investigation would have been enough for you to discover this.
