why am i banned
I get banned for calling someone a feeder because my whole team reports me, someone else says i scum, threatens to kill me, trashes 10X worse and nothing happens to them...

No, you got banned for your actions. It doesn't matter what anyone else does in relation to your actions. Maybe for them this was the first time they had ever been toxic, and as such, they won't get as harsh a punishment, or even one at all from a first offense (unless it was really bad).

Gotta love when people make a post like this stating they only called someone a feeder, then get really toxic in the comment section. Makes me really want to know how his chatlog looks. Judging by his post here I'm going to assume he either wish cancer on someone or death threats!
Send a Support Ticket to Riot about the situation any information regarding the game, and see why you were banned.
Riot dosent care how others were in a game, they only care for how you acted.
