Can't Beat Them, Join Them

So you may be familiar with me, my old profile was Capnslantyeyes, however due to a bet I lost, I had to change it. Anyhow I have had an idea to keep the game fun.

I have posted many times that Riot does not do anything to discipline the players who enjoy making each others lives hell.

However, I have now decided to join them. I have fought the good fight, 4 long years I have tried to play as gentlemanly as I can but alas, Riot does not seem to have any intent to improve the player base. People have apparently forgotten that this a team based game.

In the last game I played, we had an intensely toxic mid laner and jungler who would rather abuse in bot lane than try to win. I had an idea that if they had no intentions on winning, then I might as well enjoy myself. It was unfortunate that this was ranked, however, I have learned game modes don't change peoples perspective on the game.

The term fight fire with fire comes to mind and in this instance it worked a treat. Whatever ever the toxic people would do, you do it back to them. This seemed to incense them even further. If you can't enjoy a victory, a team working together or a simple laning phase, I have found revelling in their frustrations to be enjoyable enough to satisfy.

I suggest others do this too, maybe if Riot notices, they actually might do something to improve their player base, or at least gives those who have lost out on so much LP a sense of justice
