is this behavior toxic?

I recently got out of a game with hands-down two of the most toxic players I've played with in months. They just would not stop flaming me and my adc, spam pinging, all the rest of it, all while telling everyone in all chat how they were gonna report me and get me banned for griefing and flaming.

Here's how the game played out. Our team comp consists of fiora, irelia, kha'zix (the two flamers), senna, and xayah. I (senna) get an early doublekill botlane. From then on we start losing because the enemy jungler who our top and midlaner had fed started hard camping our lane - perma ganks, towerdiving us as 3 people. Meanwhile our jungler didn't respond to this by counterganking, counterjungling, getting objectives, nothing, which is clearly quite frustrating. I'm talking, Taliyah literally sat in the bush behind our tower for 5+ minutes while kha had a lovely time playing pve and afk farming his jungle.

So we die to a 3 man dive with very little we can do about it without our jungle or midlaner and obviously I get a bit annoyed with our jungler literally exerting 0 pressure in response. This was after I had already asked him to play botside so we could get dragon, he told me "later" and proceeded to farm his entire topside jungle AND scuttlecrab. So I just told him "can you just come bot to get the fucking dragon". That's about the most toxic thin I said that game.

That's when the accusations of me being toxic and griefing came out - all while mid and jungle were spam pinging, typing "bot diff report", accusing us of griefing, all the rest. Am i really in the wrong here?

I mean, from a personal standpoint, I don't think what you said is toxic. However, from past reports, suspensions and bans (all of which were on past and current accounts), Riot really doesn't care. If you act "non-positive" in chat on a consistent basis, you'll get punished. Even if what you say is true - if Riot's bot perceives it to be negative in any way, you'll get punished. Just refrain from doing this regularly, and you'll be fine.

On its face I wouldn't consider it toxic. If that's all you said it was obviously frustration, I wouldn't report for that. People can get furstrated with the 'game' all they want. It's when they start directing negativity toward other players that I think it crosses the line.

Examples:

"That Lux laser is bullshit!" (okay) "Your ganks are shit" (not okay)

If you don't like a teammates performance, you can be nice and suggest something different. (i.e. "Hey, if you see us pushed to our turret feel free to gank").

It's the same thing in the workplace. If a customer gets frustrated about something (even of their own doing) and they say "This is bullshit"... that's fine. They have every right to be exasperated and express their opinion. On the other hand, if said customer personally attacks me (i.e. "You're an asshole", "you're trying to make my life hard" etc.) then that is NOT okay. You can be as pissed off about a situation as you want. When I'm trying to help you (as an teammate or as an employee) it's not okay to treat me like dogshit and you're getting reported.
