To be honest it doesn't allow for off meta and since banning your allies picks isn't reportable theres nothing you can do :I

It is reportable. By itself, it won't land them in a punishment, but it's considered by many people to be unsportsmanlike, and being a crappy teammate. If a player is going out of their way to ruin the match for their teammates, that's a form of griefing, and is reportable. And if they do it enough, they will be punished for it eventually. It's not a cut-and-dried case, like verbal harassment, so it does take longer for them to be caught by the system, but Riot does not condone players going out of their way to ruin matches. It would be one thing if a player was banning max-mana, full AP riven support. I doubt Riot would mind that ban. But when a player bans a champion because they don't want them played? It's a bit of a dick move. Especially if they ban a contested pick without letting their teammates try to trade for a first pick.

Bruh you made this same thread yesterday. If people don't like playing with Off-META (troll) picks on their team, then that's their prerogative if they want to ban out a teammate's pick.
