No matter how much I hate to admit it, we do need a pre-game ban

example of chat in a draft pick Summoner 1: I want mid. Summoner 2: Sorry I cant play jungle Summoner 1: I am going to go mid picks ahri Summoner 1: you are going jungle Summoner 2: picks Xerath Summoner 3:decides to dodge

all I want to happen is after this is for all the players in the draft pick to get a popup with a message like this:

unfortunately the last game you were in was disbanded due to a leave, was this an accident or were one of these players responsible with a negative attitude. Summoner 1(jungle): Summoner 2(mid): Summoner 3(top): Summoner 4(support): Summoner 5(Botlane carry) continue.

I only want this system to check for people trying to take roles or being very obviously insulting or racist.I do not want to see an option to ban people because of their preferred pick (rammus top/support singed/mid nunu/other). I do not want lp back for dodging(because I knew I would lose it). I do not want a reward for reporting people. I would simply like to see people like this to still be reportable. People who troll in pre queue and manage to get somebody to dodge get to be rewarded with being allowed to play another game as their main role. A simple system could make this attitude reportable.

The new client Is still being build and this is the one system I would really like to see added. You could even make it that the report option works via this website so that you can still be in queue during this. I am however aware of the fact that I might oversee something obvious here so I ask the general community.

alternatively, I don't see why riot couldn't record and run pre and post game lobbies through the same automated system they do for in game.

Pre game bans would be used more to ban off meta instead of trolls. It was proven in team builder. Much like amputation a foot because of an ingrown toenail instead of just pulling the nail. No thanks.

So what happens if you put in the wrong information? Or you don't know/remember the person who dodges? I could see groups basically trolling the odd man out, or giving false information to the system to get the wrong person ban! How well would the system work with false positive or people who abuse the system?

Umm you can screen shot it and put in a support ticket which will get a review of the account.
