Skin Sales?
What happened to the skin sales if you bought them on release?

Non-Legacy skins no longer go on sale upon release. Instead, skins are now guaranteed to go on sale 4-6 months after the initial release. This is apart of the (somewhat) new early skin sale that Riot has implemented. You can read more about it here.
