I have a current IP amount of 116,667. Why is it that riot hasn't made anything to use it with besides runes and champs? Not like you can gift it or really use it at all. It just sits until a new champ is released then you use a little bit. Seems like a waste. Why can't it be converted into RP? Some gifts for your time and troubles playing this game...ya know [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

Riot made some Summoner Icons available for purchase with IP, Also have a Champion shard for IP.

They obviously wouldnt make a converter, or be able to gift because this would lead to more bots.
