i want to block someone...

there is an account that has never played a single game that keeps trying to add me multiple times every day, its really annoying to constantly have a notification and to think someone invited me to a game just to see its the same unused account 90% of the time.

i have this crazy feeling that i dont want to beleive, that this is some sort of scam account or something, idk how it would be a scam but why an unused account tries to me everyday, multiple times a day, without fail is beyond me...

the only way i know to block an account atm is after a game in the post game lobby, as this person has never played idk how to block them or why they are allowed to add friends yet

how can i block this account so they stop trying to add me?

(i left out the account name as i dont see why it should matter unless someone else is having this problem)
