a potential handicap?

We all know people running low spec PCs are already at a small handicap, but after watching videos on youtube for awhile it appears to me there might be another, hidden handicap

I play on low resolution in windowed mode, I get at least 30 fps and it's perfectly playable, but what I've come to notice is that it feels like my peripherals have been shortened. The fog of war is visible closer towards the edge of the screen on my PC than it is on youtube videos, as if I'm zoomed in a little bit more than what others are experiencing.

I'm not 100% if this is an actual thing or if it just seems like it to me, I hope Riot could look into this because I feel like I should be zoomed out just a touch more.

I would also appreciate it if I heard back on whether I am right or wrong.
