Poro Wards and RP

So.. For the Poro ward I need 250 RP more since my parents never let me spend money on gaming. Even if I ask them RP's for a Christmas present. I've tried searching to find legal ways to get RP on the net by things like Bing search, even if little by little, but I guess that's not what RP's were made for. Nothing really works in my region.

I guess I'll go on my own and find a place where they sell giftcards. Does anyone know where they sell cards to use for RP in Dubai? I've searched a few shops but can't find any.
