How to keep calm with feeders and trolls

I can only take about 25 minutes of bs. But when the surrender vote fails and the feeder dies one more time, I snap. Is there a way to unload my rage in the chat but noone sees it? Like muting myself? I need that option, I'm not a psychopath, I have emotions and there is only so much I can take. I can't keep playing with people like vayne over here and act like nothing is bothering me.
