Remlap12238 votesYou want educated discussion on champion balance, the boards is the wrong place to do it. Once they have decided that a champion is toxic, any defense or even dissenting opinion from the norm is an instant downvote.
It used to be that you had to say something completely stupid like Karthus being OP to get a post or comment bricked. Now, you say something like "well, Lee isn't completely unbalanced, as he has X, Y, and Z", you'll get your comment blasted so far down, you'd think you said something like you enjoy kicking puppies on a daily basis and drinking orphan tears.

People get pissed off about Lee Sin because he's in so many games. No other champ has maintained a greater than 30% pickrate over as many patches as Lee Sin except Thresh and people get pissed off about him for the same reason.
He's been the most picked jungler in every patch since S3 started. Do you seriously think it's that unreasonable to be sick of seeing Lee when he's been the most popular champ over a 3-4 year stretch.
I just want to see the bastard nerfed off the face of the earth so a different jungle can be the most picked jungler for the first time since S2. It has nothing to do with his power level at this point, I'm just so sick of seeing that blind shit-head at the moment that I'd actually be happy to see him spend a year or so unviable just so there can actually be some diversity in popular jungle picks.

If that were true, then that is what they would say. And I do see some threads complaining about how he's been too popular for too long. But I see far, far more about how incredibly OP he is, how faceroll he is, how the idea that he falls off is a myth, about how he has no counterplay, etc. Lee Sin is one of those champions that, so long as he isn't completely terrible, he's going to be really popular, just like Riven, Vayne, Lucian, Ahri, etc. And frankly, I don't want him to be terrible enough that no one wants to play him anymore; I actually rather enjoy him as a champion and playing against his doesn't bother me.

I played Kha'zix for my first time a few days ago in top lane, was fighting a mundo and after killing him 3 times he asks me "Dude how much do you play Kha'zix?" and he wouldn't believe me when I told him this was my first time, then after my friend told him that it really was, the mundo kept complaining that Kha'zix did way to much damage and had no idea what he could possibly do against me...Was funny, but the mundo rushed Spirit Visage against me lol.
