They got it from ebay, but because they're pros so Riot turns a blind eye to that.
Don't quote me on this tho.
Don't even bother with it. Korean servers fucked up my regular NA client XD.... Now I may have installed it to the same folder.. but still not worth reinstalling after having deleting everything
