Can you actually make the maiden like timber . If you could micro her it would be cool not wasting 160 of cooldown since if they kill a minion wave they will actually follow it a attack tower and die . Also the fact she wont recall with you make it even more sad. Plz make it that we can control her .
BananaSlayerAMO1 votesSince the Maiden does not have a fixed lifespan (can essentially last for the whole game if not killed), Riot's perspective may be that her lack of intelligence is necessary to balance her. She still has the potential to be immensely powerful if used correctly; however, I think that Riot wants players to have more consideration when they spawn her rather than just using her as a pet like 
's dragon (because let's face it, the ghost dragon is mostly for swag). Remember - more power in a champion does not necessarily mean that it is better for the game.

That's not the point of the Maiden; her purpose is to attack an objective (e.g. push a lane, kill dragon/baron) until either it is completed or she dies. This is why she sticks to lane without leaving; she is not simply a pet that you have a minute to make use of, and she will follow her objective to the death.
Tarbal811 votesAlso I'd like to add (from a lore perspective) that the maiden hates Yorick and thinks he's a coward when he recalls to base. upon recall: Maiden's voice "You retreat, like a coward!" Yorick: "I will return anon (soon)."
So if the maiden, who thinks Yorick leaving lane is a coward, and that she is NOT, she'll just stay in lane and push it (unlike the "cowardly" Yorick).
Weathered1 votesYou need to start using her as a split pusher for a wave that's going to crash into a tower near your base. It's practically a free ZZ'Rot and let's you push two lanes at once.
