, he is just so strong against all the immobile mid laners people are playing these days. Even tho there is no longer a silence, he can still 1 shot most midlaners or adc's with his combo. Especially if you have hydra and youmuu's.
TBH, i've seen both really fed talons and underfed talons. I'm gonna tell you, the situation you described only fits an incredibly fed Talon. He isn't a one shot wonder, he needs to build up to the point where he can one shot an adc while not being peeled off. Not really that easy if the enemy team knows how to react :P
