Team builder and ranked

How will this end up working? I was thinking about it and thought that you would queue up for the role you want, then get assigned to a team, you would then do the normal pick.ban phase, and then select the champion for your role. I don't know if this is a good idea for implementing team builder to ranked, but it is just a thought.
