Games not getting recorded correctly

I have only been playing norms, b/c that's what I like. But after my most recent game it was recorded as a ranked win. I'm not complaining since I won, but I queue'd up for a normal game and ended up in a ranked game. I remember the same thing happening to me in my placement matches where one game I won but got recorded as a normal. I thought I must have just misclicked, but now that it has happened a second time I am not so sure.
