Stop matching me in quad qs.

Recently i was matched in a quad queue and they deliberatly tried to piss me off by all calling top so of course i respond in a toxic way to trolls. What is their punishment for being assholes? probably nothing. My punishment? 27 game chat restriction and 3 game ranked restriction. Fuck you riot this is a broken ass fucking system.
